The TRANSFER key (EPP) must be obtained from the current registrar  and the domain registration must also beUNLOCKED for transfer. HOWEVER, if you have paid for several years, you may wish to let that run out before you transfer to our registrar. Just be sure to initiate the transfer(s) at least 60 days from the expiration to allow time for the transfer. Domain transfers take a few days to process and transfer or DNS assitnment is not required immediately and any unused hosting time will be credited back to your account at the actual start of service.

The registered owner (email contact) for the domain registration may decided to provide you with  a Login and Password for your registration account so that we may direct the web site to our server. There is NO CHARGE for this service. Simple provide the login information in a Tech Ticket at http://www.Cyberchute.com/support

----> You can check the public record of your domain registrations using the WHOIS tool under "Resources" in our Customer Solutions web site (see the link below). You can see the expiration date and in most cases you can see who "owns" your registration (Admin contact email).
